Calm Down can be used as an exfoliating cleanser, spot treatment and a face mask. It calms and softens the skin, soothing irritation and reducing redness. It also helps to unclog pores, promoting healthy-looking skin. With its refreshing and revitalizing properties, it unveils a brighter and smoother complexion, while preventing moisture loss.

How to use it as a scrub: pour approximately ½-1 tsp into your palm. Wet your other palm and rub your hands together to activate the powder. Customize by adding your favourite oil if desired. Massage the mixture onto your skin using gentle circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Avoid using it during active breakouts, opt to use it as a mask instead.

How to use it as a mask: In a bowl, mix approximately half a teaspoon for a thinner layer-polishing effect, add a few splashes of water to create a paste-like consistency. Or, add 1 teaspoon for a thicker texture. Add a few splashes of water to create a paste. Customize the mask by adding honey and/or oil if desired. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry and follow with a moisturizing cream or oil. It is important to avoid leaving the mask on for too long, as allowing it to dry completely can have counterproductive effects. Please note- once you add a wet ingredient to Calm Down, discard any leftovers.
