SHIPPING
expect your delivery within 3-10 business days of dispatch. Please allow an additional few days for regional and non-metro areas. There are many delays in the postage system due to COVID-19, these are beyond our control and we appreciate your patience.


RETURNS + REFUNDS

Lulu is happy to offer exchange or store credit for returned items.

If you wish to exchange an item please return the item or contact us within 7 days of receipt. For your item to be eligible for a credit or exchange, the item must remain in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged with all tags attached. Please choose carefully, as refunds are not issued for change of mind or purchase of incorrect size.

Please note that whilst we try to be as flexible as possible with returns, seasonal items eg clothing needs to be returned in a reasonable time frame in order for us to be able to provide an exchange. This includes lockdowns, where  items can still be returned during click and collect windows. 


FAULTY ITEMS 
if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued for any faulty items. 

SALE
clearance and sale items are not eligible for return, sorry! 

*** lulu design store cannot accept any returns on earrings, for hygiene reasons. don't worry - we LOVE our collection, and we're confident whoever is receiving the gift will too! We do understand that in some instances you may receive a pair that do not not suit you, but we do not have sterilizing equipment in store and thus cannot take earrings back into stock. If you need help deciding, make sure to drop us a message - we would be happy to  make a recommendation and help you choose a pair they will love!
