DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?

We do! Please email your shipping address, as well as the items you want to purchase, so that we can send you a custom shipping quote. 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 Australia Wide flat rate $8.95 (excludes items over 3kg)

Rest of the world postage depends on cubic weight, and destination country.

WHAT IF I WANT AN ITEM THAT ISN'T SHOWING ONLINE?
Our physical stores stock our full range - our online store stocks a lot of it but not everything. if there is something you are after but can't see on our website, please contact us via email or phone, we are happy to help!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?
check out each individual brands website/product details for info on how to care for your items. If in doubt, feel free to send us a message.

DOES MY PURCHASE COME WRAPPED?
we can most certainly wrap your present for you - just put a note in your shopping cart for us.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
we aim to get all deliveries on the road within 48 hours, after that it is in the hands of Australia Post and our couriers. We hope not too long!

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
